Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment may result in a partial or full forfeiture of your advance. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, provided it is requested at least 48 hours prior. Bridal packages or outstation bookings may have separate cancellation policies based on the level of commitment required.

4. Service Policy: We strive to deliver results that align with your preferences and face structure. However, makeup outcomes vary based on skin type, lighting, product sensitivity, and environmental factors. Please inform us of allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions before your session. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior, late arrival beyond the grace period, or health concerns.

Pricing & Payments: Prices listed on our website or brochures are subject to change without prior notice. Final quotations for bridal or customized packages will be provided in writing. Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other approved digital methods. All advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Travel & On-Location Services: For on-location or destination services, travel, accommodation, and additional charges may apply. The client is responsible for ensuring a clean, well-lit, and safe working environment.

7. Use of Photos & Media: We love showcasing our work! With your consent, we may use photos or videos captured during your session for promotional purposes on social media or our website. If you prefer not to be photographed or featured, please inform us before your appointment.

8. Personal Items & Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during sessions. The studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
